Establishment Policies
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment. Completing or updating client information forms may be required.
Tardiness may cause forfeiture of portions of scheduled service time. Financial responsibility for the full service will be required by client. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no show and full service price will be charged to credit card on file.
A major credit card is required when scheduling appointment. 50% of the service will be charged to credit card with less than 4 hours notice. Full service price will be charged to ALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS.
We require 24 hour cancellation notice for Specialty Promotions eg: Spa Week, Valentine's Day Specials, etc.
All prices subject to change without notice.
If you're under the age of 18, you must have signed parent consent.
All series costs must be paid in full on the first visit. NO EXCEPTIONS
Gift Certificates can be used for purchase of services or product ONLY.
Gift Certificates are subject to black-out dates for discounted promotions. eg: Spa Week ("Spa Month"), etc.
Gift Certificates purchased for Seasonal or Discounted prices will be valued at the purchase price, if certificate is not redeemed in one year from purchase date.
Gift Certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE and have NO CASH VALUE.
A Better Body Salon and Day Spa is not responsible for lost of stolen Gift Certificates.
